Terms of payment

1. Subscription to the services

Tavondi offers services accessible via subscription. Subscription is done online and includes:

  • choosing the desired offer or plan,
  • entering the necessary personal data,
  • entering the payment data,
  • validating the subscription.

Access to the service is opened according to the conditions of the subscribed offer.

2. Offers, plans, and rates

The base service charges €1 per confirmed taxi booking (pay-per-booking, no subscription required). The optional Unlimited Booking Assistant subscription is available at €69.99/month (all bookings included, no per-booking fee).

2.2 – Magazine

The digital magazine subscription is available at a maximum of €7.60 per month (including VAT).

Billing begins seven (7) days after the subscription date. At the end of this period, the subscription is automatically renewed unless the Customer cancels it beforehand. The frequency of payments may vary, depending on the billing cycle selected at the time of subscription.

The subscription is for an indefinite term and may be cancelled at any time.

This subscription is separate from the Unlimited Booking Assistant. It may be subscribed to separately or at the same time, and its cancellation does not automatically result in the termination of the other subscription, unless otherwise stated at the time of subscription.

Prices are expressed inclusive of VAT. Tavondi reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The customer will be notified in advance of any changes.

3. Billing of the subscription

The subscription is billed according to the subscribed offer and according to the periodicity applicable to that offer.

The amount billed corresponds to the rate displayed and accepted by the user at the time of subscription. Charges are made in euros (€), taxes included.

4. Automatic renewal

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, the subscription is automatically renewed according to the periodicity applicable to the chosen plan.

Automatic renewal ensures the continuity of the service without interruption. The user can manage their subscription according to the modalities provided on the site.

5. Management of payment information

The user must provide valid payment data at the time of subscription. Payment information is used exclusively for transactions linked to the subscription.

In the event of a payment failure, in particular due to an expired card, insufficient balance, or bank refusal, the user must regularize their situation to maintain access to the service. In the event of non-regularization, access to the services may be suspended.

6. Accepted payment methods

Payment for the services is made by bank card through the payment solution offered on the site at the time of subscription.

Transactions are carried out in euros (€), taxes included. All payments are encrypted and protected in accordance with applicable security standards.

7. Termination and cancellation

The user may terminate or cancel their subscription according to the modalities provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, in the Cancellation Conditions available on the site.

The cancellation or termination will take effect under the conditions provided in those documents.

8. Refund policy

Refunds are possible in the cases provided for by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Cancellation Conditions, or applicable regulations.

Any refund request must be sent via chat or by email to the address contact@tavondi.com.

When a refund is accepted, it will be made by the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless technically impossible.

9. Modification of payment conditions

Tavondi may adjust its rates and modify its billing conditions depending on the evolution of its services, the market, or applicable regulations.

Any change applicable to an ongoing subscription will be subject to prior notice under the conditions provided by the applicable contractual documents.

10. Security of transactions

Tavondi applies security measures intended to protect payments and information transmitted during transactions.

Payments are processed via secure protocols and through specialized technical providers.
